Returns

• Due to the consumable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
• To start a return, email us at profiblend.team@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges & Damages

• If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement at no extra cost.
